SwiftTech provides website design and programming services and digital solutions as agreed with the client.

• The price is agreed upon before starting work
• An advance payment is required before starting project implementation
• The remaining amount is paid according to the agreed implementation stages

Project implementation time varies according to the size and requirements of the work, and will be determined and committed to as much as possible.

• The project includes a specific number of revisions agreed upon in advance
• Any additional revisions outside the scope will be charged with additional fees

The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the content (texts, images, logos) provided for the website.

Post-delivery support is according to the package or agreement, and does not include any modifications or new developments except by separate agreement.

SwiftTech is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the website or third-party services (hosting, plugins, external platforms).

SwiftTech reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, and updates will be published on the website.
